Beginner's Camp

Thursday, June 19 - Sunday, June 22, 2008 

Our youngest campers, children entering Grades 1 and 2 in the fall, bring a parent, grandparent or guardian to camp with them. This three-night camp provides activities for all ages and helps acclimate the new camper to the Paradise Point camping experience. Adult campers marvel at how their young person makes decisions, takes risks, begins a friendship, and paddles a canoe. This camp is a favorite for staff and campers, alike.

Some reminders about this camp: 

• Registration and Health forms must be filled out and turned in to the diocesan office, even if you pay online.
• Registration packet is available for downloading on the Paradise Point website.
• Campers at Beginner's Camp attend with an adult for the entire camp.
• Camp fee covers both the camper and his or her adult.
• No bus transportation is available for this camp.
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 or the entire registration fee is due at time of registration.  Any balance due will be billed to you 4 weeks prior to the first day of camp.
• If you choose to pay the deposit online, you will be sent a e-bill for the balance due.
• Though the next page says you are registered for this event, your registration is not complete until we recieve the completed registration and health forms at the Diocesan Center.
